Ideas worth sharing.

A landmark cross-border entrepreneurship programme that brought together 30+ tertiary students from Ghana and Niger. Daaru delivered the keynote address on MSME development and served as a business pitch judge, evaluating real startup ideas from the cohort. Conducted in partnership with NEIP, YALI and the Zongo & Inner-Cities Secretariat.

A national bootcamp designed to equip Ghana's youth internship cohort with career-ready skills. Daaru facilitated a session on entrepreneurship-as-a-career, mentoring participants on how to turn internship experiences into business opportunities. Jointly organised by NEIP and the YALI Regional Leadership Center.

Participated as a panelist at the Ghana Digital Centre Forum, contributing perspectives on how health technology can democratise access to care in rural and underserved communities. Daaru spoke from the lived experience of building Oxygen Health-Tech and the challenges of digital health adoption in Ghana.

Facilitated a structured interfaith peace dialogue in collaboration with the National Hilal Committee and Islamic leadership in Greater Accra. The dialogue addressed religious calendar unification, community harmony and civic responsibilities of Muslim youth — resulting in a signed framework for continued collaboration.

Served as National Youth Network Coordinator for the IMAGH Community Leadership Forum, convening Muslim youth leaders from across Ghana. The forum produced a national youth manifesto on Muslim community development, civic participation and policy engagement — with Daaru coordinating the working groups.

Presented at the Korle-Bu Nursing Excellence Conference on clinical audit methodologies and the evolution of nursing governance in Ghana. As the founding Administrative Secretary of the Nursing Audit Unit, Daaru shared insights on establishing audit frameworks, tracking clinical outcomes and building accountability structures in large teaching hospitals.
